Standards
Most homeschool printables are decorative. Most state-mandate forms are clinical. These are designed to be both, useful editorial documents that print cleanly, retain information at a glance, and satisfy the actual reporting format most state agencies and portfolio reviewers expect.
Verify your state’s specific compliance requirements against the state-laws guide before submitting any printable to a state authority. PA and NY require portfolio review with a credentialed evaluator; FL requires a chosen evaluation method from five options; NC requires standardized annual testing in four subjects retained one year. The printables here support those reporting formats but do not satisfy them on their own.
